Made-to-Order Products Because all Banner Thread products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@bannerthread.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (damaged item, defect, or wrong product/size)

We will review your claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference. You do not need to return the damaged or defective item.

Sizing Issues We encourage you to review the sizing guide on each product page before ordering. If an item doesn't fit, we're unable to offer exchanges — but if you believe the item was produced incorrectly (measurements significantly outside the listed specifications), please contact us and we'll investigate with our production partner.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter production. After that window, cancellations are not possible. To request a cancellation, email hello@bannerthread.com immediately with your order number.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
