At Banner Thread, every order is made to order. We don't hold warehouse stock — your gear is produced and shipped when you place your order, which means it's made specifically for you.
Production Time All orders require 2–5 business days for production before they ship. This is standard for made-to-order apparel and ensures your order is freshly produced, not sitting in a warehouse.

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–10 business days for standard shipping.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75 and are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the production facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@bannerthread.com as quickly as possible — once an order enters production, address changes may not be possible.
